I am a lazy cook. I like to spend less time cooking and more time enjoying the food :-P so most of my recipes require little effort. This is one of the Zero effort, zero cooking recipes, all you need are the ingredients and time but no effort :-P
Before starting Keto, I was a big fan of overnight oats because they were so simple to make, no cooking required and still were no compromise on the taste. So I came up with multiple Keto versions of that, these are filling and yummy! I hope you enjoy this series of Chia puddings.Since these are no cook recipes, good news for those who do not have access to a stove or are lazy like me :-P. This recipe is filling, its yummy, chocolaty and packed with nutrients.
You can have this as breakfast or even lunch and you can use it as dessert.

Ingredients: ========= 1 tbsp Almond butter (unsweetened) 4 tsp Chia seeds 2 tsp Cocoa powder (unsweetened) 4 tsp Coconut flakes 1 tsp Flax seed powder
2 teaspoon Eryrthitol a pinch of Salt
1/4 cup Coconut cream 1/4 cup Water Instructions: ========== 1. Mix the dry ingredients in a jar
2. Add in the liquid ingredients and thoroughly mix
3. Cover the jar and keep it fridge for a few hours or overnight 4. Eat is as is or top with choice of fruits and garnish
